IT Value Discovery

Our IT Value Discovery is a fast, powerful way to uncover how IT is perceived across your organization. In just under 5 minutes, stakeholders from IT leadership, IT teams, and business units respond to 18 concise statements, rating their agreement on a scale from “Totally Disagree” to “Fully Agree”—with room for open comments to add context and nuance.

Data Governance Discovery

Data Governance is a cornerstone of effective data management within any organization. In a Data Governance discovery, we use an online survey to evaluate the maturity of 9 domains within our proven framework. Each domain is scored with 10 ‘yes/no’ questions.

The aim is to perform an initial discovery, rather than an in-depth analysis, to establish a baseline for further elaboration on data governance programs.

Our FinOps Discovery is a structured, insight-driven experience designed to help you understand your current FinOps maturity and identify opportunities for growth. Built around a comprehensive, in-house developed questionnaire with over 60 targeted questions, this discovery goes beyond data collection—it’s a tool for knowledge sharing and capability building.

In a guided 2-hour session, we walk you through the 19 FinOps capabilities defined by the FinOps Foundation. Through multiple-choice questions and structured dialogue, we explore key areas such as cost transparency, forecasting, budgeting, cultural alignment, and education needs. Your responses are analyzed using our maturity model to provide a clear picture of where you stand today—and what the road ahead could look like.

As a deliverable, you’ll receive a detailed report including a management summary, a visual spider chart of your maturity across all capabilities, and a scorecard for each domain.
