Discovery
Our Discovery Services are short, survey-based engagements that gather initial insights from targeted audiences—ranging from IT teams to business stakeholders. Examples include our IT Value Discovery, FinOps Discovery, and Data Governance Discovery. These quick, structured inputs help surface perceptions, identify gaps, and set the stage for deeper exploration.
Exploration
In the Exploration phase, we dive deeper using our IT-as-a-Business Framework, which includes 45 capabilities across five domains. Through Quick Scans, we assess the current and desired state of selected capabilities. This phase includes focused engagements like Business Alignment Workshops—where we connect business objectives to IT initiatives—and Innovation Management Workshops, where we help structure and scale innovation efforts.
Planning
We consolidate insights from Discovery and Exploration into a clear, actionable plan. Using a crawl-walk-run methodology, we help you define a roadmap that balances ambition with feasibility—prioritizing initiatives, aligning teams, and setting the foundation for sustainable transformation.
Execution
Finally, we support the execution of selected initiatives—helping you move from strategy to action. Whether it's implementing a new capability, launching a pilot, or scaling a transformation program, we bring the structure, expertise, and momentum needed to deliver results.
While these five service types form a logical flow, they are not rigid steps. We often engage in just one or two phases depending on your needs—whether it’s a standalone Quick Scan, a focused execution effort, or anything in between.
