As part of this framework, we offer what we call Quick Scans—a series of focused workshops conducted per domain or capability area. During these sessions, we explore the underlying capabilities (or a relevant subset) to understand how they are currently implemented and to collaboratively define what the future state should look like. These Quick Scans provide a structured, fast-track way to identify gaps, align stakeholders, and prioritize actions—making them an ideal starting point for transformation initiatives.
Business Alignment Workshops
Our Business Alignment Workshops are a structured, two-part engagement designed to bridge the gap between business strategy and IT execution. Delivered as a series of collaborative workshops, this approach helps organizations uncover strategic priorities, identify enabling IT initiatives, and build a shared understanding of how technology drives business value.
In the first series of workshops, we engage with stakeholders from across business units and divisions to capture their strategic objectives, operational challenges, and transformation goals. These sessions result in a consolidated list of potential IT initiatives—not yet formal projects, but ideas and opportunities that could support or accelerate business outcomes.
In the second series, we facilitate Benefits Dependency Network (BDN) Workshops. These sessions visually map the relationships between business objectives, enabling changes, and IT initiatives. This method helps clarify how specific IT efforts contribute to business value—and how business needs can shape IT priorities. It also reveals dependencies, overlaps, and opportunities for synergy across the organization.
The outcome is a clear, actionable view of how IT can support the business agenda, helping you prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, and build a roadmap that delivers measurable impact.
Innovation Management Workshops
Our Innovation Management Workshops are designed to help organizations bring structure, clarity, and momentum to their innovation efforts.
